Our Inspiration
The world has seen unprecedented transformation through the covid era. It has brought great learning experience to all of us in unique yet comparable ways. While we learnt to spend quality time with family, friends, and colleagues we also learnt from the anguish of losing many in the due course of the pandemic. The times have changed and our perspectives too. All of us have evolved into a new self, this is the time to reinvent, reconvene and discover. This is the inspiration and appetite to combine efforts by “AT consulting” and the process of blending efforts to provide directional help to individuals and organizations build and affiliate themselves to achieve respective purposes and goals. Founder of AT Consulting has 20 years of experience with various sectors centred on driving Customer experience, Training Delivery, Coaching, Operational Excellence, and Individual development programs. Boosting customer centricity through vigorous process tolerance and unremitting process improvement projects. He is also NLP certified Life Coach. Holds accreditation from C.O.P.C. and Achieve Global as a coach and Trainer. He has been working with various clients across industries and genres. His aim is to create a Unified Umbrella of solutions.
Nidhi Tiwary
Key Strategist and Head of Counselling at AT Consulting has 15 years of work experience in Banking, ITES, Educational Institutions playing various roles and covering different geographies of India. She understands the cross-cultural ethics and values. She is a Wellness Coach. Her expertise is in sales counselling too. She will be aligned to take care of Business strategies and overall schedule adherence of the projects.
Gowdesh S Patil
Core Entrepreneur Speaker and Guide Gowdesh Patil is an entrepreneur running various Line of Businesses comprising of Educational and Skill development Institute, chain of restaurants and much more. He has a learning journey of Entrepreneurship. AT Consulting is partnering with him to bring Entrepreneurship as a subject through practical experiences and Learnings. This will provide a directional learning experience to all budding entrepreneurs
Debottam Pal
Projects Expansion Head – Puducherry and Chennai Debottam Pal has immense experience in Hospitality sector. He will be the connecting link between students and development programs for Hospitality and Tourism sectors. His knowledge and training technique is widely appreciated and accepted. He is also a good coach and believes in value addition through structured guidance and developmental coaching. AT Consulting is partnering with him to build a strategy around engaging Hospitality, Tourism and many more institutes in Puducherry and Chennai

Communication, Soft skills, English Language Expert Has 20 years of experience at various levels in different organizations encompassing English Language proficiency, Soft Skills, Sales Pitch training and much more. He will be partnering with AT Consulting in developing content. He will also be aligned in workshops and sessions as deemed fit.
